teuer - expensive

i am just going to have to get used to things being priced differently here than they are back home.

today i purchased a pair of tights. (dude, i need tights - it's cold here, in case you forgot.) they cost more than groceries. that seems strange to me, but who knows?

they are really good tights, and i eat cheap food.
