verrükt - crazy

dan and i clearly have some screws loose. yesterday we went running. (i understand there are those of you who enjoy this sort of thing. you all are crazier than we are - congratulations.)

i know, i know, it's good for us. whatever.

but we live on the 4th floor. dan works on the 3rd floor. the grocery store is 3 whole blocks away! it's not like we don't get any exercise... it's just that we have embraced some of the more, shall we say, gluttonous german traditions. (remind me to blog about the döner kebob sometime.) and we've managed to keep our favorite (read "highly caloric") american traditions.

so, in a rare moment of health conscious thought we actually chose to leave the couch in favor of running around outside without coats on. well! i won't be tricked into that again!

here's my new plan: only eat sausage once a day.
